Anywho, not much to share at the moment considering it's currently 1:40 AM...I'll have much to share within the next few days, though! This Saturday I have my portfolio review, where it'll be decided if I'm allowed to study in the art department or not. And to be honest...I'm going to pass just fine haha I am not the least bit concerned. The introductory portfolio review is extremely easy. On top of that, this Monday is my last day working at the portrait studio that I've been an associate at since last October. I'm sad to go, but corporate's threats and pressure has just become too much. It's only three girls that run the place, including myself...and I love the other two dearly. They'll be leaving the company shortly as well.
Oh. And I've been appointed as Officer of the Student Photography Organization at Grand Valley. :) First meeting is next week and I have to pitch my ideas! Yikes!
On a bit of a side // ending note, about a week and a half ago William and I had to take a bit of a drive out to drop his car off at the shop, and I ended up stumbling upon what was possibly the most fancy Salvation Army I have EVER seen. It was amazing! I managed to pick up two velvet dresses, and a laptop // hobo bag. Of course, I have no proper photos, but here's a crappy webcam photo of one of the dresses in a burgundy shade. which is my new absolute favorite. Oh, and I love my cat. He's not as derpy looking as he appears in the photo, I promise.
